A note on privacy
We don't control your watch. We don't want to know you.
When you ask for a build, the ask is anonymized before it reaches us. We get a sentence. We don't get a name. We don't get your heart rate, your steps or your sleep. Those stay on the watch and on your phone, where the agent's understanding of you is built and kept.
Nothing is pushed to the watch. There is no telemetry. There is no remote kill switch. We can't turn your watch off, slow it down or change what it does without you asking.
The firmware is open source, compiled for you, and published to your account. If you'd rather flash it yourself over USB, do.

Short answers.
Do I need the agent to use the watch?
No. The five essentials work without it, without an account and without an app. The agent is for everything else.
What if the build isn't right?
Ask again. There is no limit to fresh builds. Every change is a new build, and it arrives in minutes.
Does the agent learn about me?
It learns how you use the watch, and that understanding is built on your phone and stays there. We don't see it. Asks are anonymized before they reach us.
Is there a phone app?
A small one, for talking to the agent and moving builds to the watch over Bluetooth. The essentials never need it.
Which phones work?
Any phone with Bluetooth LE. The watch has no other radio.
Is the pre-order refundable?
Yes, in full, until the watch ships. The hardware figures on this page are targets and we will say so until they are met.
